Product Exchange and Returns

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
  2. Changes to orders can be made as long as the product has not been sent. Requests to changes to should be made via our sales hotline at +62 878 2225 2562.
  3. Products that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement. Photo evidence of the damaged product must be sent via email to sales@krakakoa.com or via WhatsApp to our sales hotline at +62 878 2225 2562 on the day the product is received to be eligible for replacement.
  4. If you receive a wrong product, please send back the product, we will cover the shipping and resend the product.

Payment and Refunds

  1. If the order fails / expires, the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been confirmed.
  3. For non-virtual account bank transfers, the payment will be verified within 24 hours. If the customer provides proof of payment, the product will be processed immediately.
  4. For non-virtual account bank transfers, payment is to be made to the following BCA bank account:
