Refund policy
Product Exchange and Returns
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
- Changes to orders can be made as long as the product has not been sent. Requests to changes to should be made via our sales hotline at +62 878 2225 2562.
- Products that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement. Photo evidence of the damaged product must be sent via email to sales@krakakoa.com or via WhatsApp to our sales hotline at +62 878 2225 2562 on the day the product is received to be eligible for replacement.
- If you receive a wrong product, please send back the product, we will cover the shipping and resend the product.
Payment and Refunds
- If the order fails / expires, the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been confirmed.
- For non-virtual account bank transfers, the payment will be verified within 24 hours. If the customer provides proof of payment, the product will be processed immediately.
