Krakakoa & Lewis and Carroll Tea and Chocolate pairing

Chocolate makes for excellent bedfellows with several drinks: it’s not uncommon to attend pairing sessions where different types of chocolate are paired with select wines or coffees to elevate or augment the particular notes in a couverture chocolate bar. Trans Resort Bali Workshop

On September 10, things at the Trans Resort Bali in Seminyak became just a bit more delicious. Krakakoa conducted a chocolate tasting and making workshop, and invited participants to spend the day learning just a little more about why we do what we do. Guests of all ages were given a 2-hour  course that consisted of an introduction to the Krakakoa mission and the impact it continues to have on our partner farmers, followed by a sneak peek into our chocolate making process. Hi, my name is Sabrina. I have this idea about cocoa, can we meet and can we talk? Begitu Sabrina Mustopo menulis surat elektroniknya. Welcome to the New Krakakoa

As of October 1, 2016, Kakoa evolved into something a little bigger and bolder: with a new surge of commitment to bringing you the best cacao from the Indonesian archipelago, we have rebranded ourselves as Krakakoa. The rollout of the new name, packaging, and products took place at Central Jakarta’s Por Que No restaurant, where we celebrated with our friends who worked in everything from media to VCs and restaurants to coworking spaces.
